Huey's Peanut Butter Bars

   Place the honey, golden syrup, sugar and peanut butter in a microwave-proof bowl; stir and cook in the microwave, uncovered, for 2-3 minutes until the sugar has dissolved.

   Gently stir the Cornflakes and the peanuts into the honey mixture, taking care not to crush the Cornflakes.

   Transfer the mixture to a lightly oiled Swiss Roll pan, and spread it out to the edges of the pan and allow it to cool (preferably overnight) before cutting it into squares.
