Hubby' s Creek Fries (indoor)

   Peel russet potatoes cut into slices.

   put oil on potatoes.

   sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

   mix by hand.

   cut Bacon slices in half.

   add fresh minced onion to potatoes.

   mix onion in potatoes by hand.

   spray casserole dish with no stick spray.

   put half the potatoes mixture in the baking dish.

    lay a layer of Bacon on the potatoes.

    put another layer of potatoes and bacon.

    cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 min at 375

    THESE CAN BE PUT ON A GRILL FOR A BBQ.

    I USUALLY TAKE 2 LAYERS OF ALUMINIUM FOIL AND MAKE A POUCH TO GO ON THE GRILL.

    PLACE THEM IN THE BACK OR IN THE HOT COALS.
