How to make plain frosting

   Boil the water in a kettle.

   Empty about 1/5 of the icing sugar into a small glass bowl.

   Pour in a small amount of boiling water into the bowl.

   If you have food colouring add it when you have added the water.

   REMEMBER, you only use a drop of food colouring!

   Stir the mix with a spoon until it has blended together.

   Using a spatula, spread frosting over your buns, cookies, cake etc.

   You can add more or less icing sugar depending on the size of what you are making.
