Hotcakes

   Heat the milk and butter together until the butter melts. Let cool.

   Beat the eggs together in a large bowl. Add the milk mixture and stir.

   Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Beat to incorporate.

   Heat a griddle and spritz with cooking spray. Pour out the batter to form pancakes and cook on medium-low heat. When the surface bubbles, flip the hotcake and cook on the other side until golden brown and cooked through.
