Hot Snack Crackers

   Put the crackers, whole, in a large bowl with a lid.

   In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.

   Pour mixture over the crackers.

   Put the lid on the bowl and gently turn it upside down.

   In 15 minutes, flip it the other way, and do this every 15 minutes for 2 hours.

   Store in air tight container.

    After you have finished coating them for the 2 hours, you can lay them, single layered on a cookie sheet and put in the oven set to 300 degrees (150 C.) to 325 degrees (175 C.) for about 30 to 45 minutes and this will crisp them up.

    You may want to move them around about every 15 minutes or so, or turn them over, your choice.

    You judge how long you want to bake them.

    Cool and then store in air tight container

    These are great to serve along side a Cheese Ball, or with a Dip or just eat alone.
