Fry bratwurst in a dry pan over medium heat breaking up with a wooden spoon as you go until it is small crumbles, cooked through and crisped.

Remove from pan onto paper towel to drain excess fat and to cool.

In the bowl of a food processor, combine all the other ingredients and pulse until everything is combined, but you still have some texture.

Pour mixture into a mixing bowl, add sausage and fold together using a rubber spatula.

Pour into an ungreased 8 x 8 baking dish and put in the oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned, hot and bubbly.
