Ingredients: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil; 1 yellow onion, minced; 1 tablespoon garlic, minced; 3 serrano chilies, diced; 1 tablespoon coriander seed; 2 tablespoons chili powder; 1 tablespoon cumin; salt and pepper; ½ cup orange juice; 2 tablespoons molasses; ½ cup white vinegar; ½ cup chicken broth; 2 tablespoons cornstarch; 4 tablespoons cold water

½ cup orange juice

½ cup white vinegar
½ cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons cold water

In a heavy bottom saucepan heat oil.

Saute onion 5-7 minutes.

Add garlic and serrano chile and saute for 2 more minutes.

Add remaining ingredients except the cornstarch and 4 tbsp water.

Bring mixture to boil and simmer 20 minutes.

In small bowl mix cornstarch and 4 tbsp cold water.

Slowly add cornstarch mixture to glaze.

Simmer until thickened and remove from heat.
