Ingredients: 1 lb (16 ounces) Ground Turkey; 12 oz Chorizo; 4 tbsp Salted Butter; 1 White Onion (Chopped); 1 Spoonful Minced/ Roasted Garlic; 2 can (30 Ounces) Pinto Beans; 1 can (15 Ounces) Kidney Beans; 2 can (20 Ounces) Rotel (1 Hot/ 1 Mild); 1 cup Chicken Stock; 12 oz IPA Beer; 3 tbsp Chili Powder; 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper; 2 tsp Coriander; 2 tsp Ground Cumin; 2 tsp Garlic Powder; 2 tsp Oregano; 2 tsp Salt; 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper; 1 Bay Leaf

12 oz Chorizo
4 tbsp Salted Butter
1 White Onion (Chopped)

1 cup Chicken Stock
12 oz IPA Beer
3 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Coriander
2 tsp Ground Cumin
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Bay Leaf

Melt the butter over low heat in a 7 ounce Dutch Oven.

Add onions and slowly cook until translucent

Add garlic and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally

Brown the meat in a seperate pan.

After brown, set aside and cook the Chorizo.

When chorizo is browned, add all the meat to the Dutch Oven

Add remaining ingredients

Cook for a minimum of 4-6 Hours.
