Hot Dog Sauce & Angel Hair Pasta

   Boil a pot of water, then add a dash of salt and the pasta.

   Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse.

   Set aside.

   In a small saucepan, over medium heat, fry bacon until brown.

   Turn off the heat and let it cool.

   Once bacon is cooled, drain the fat.

   Set bacon aside.

   In a large saucepan, over medium heat, add the hot dog sausages and the tomato sauce.

   Once the tomato sauce starts to boil, drop in the fried bacon.

    Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.

    Cook for five minutes.

    On serving plates, arrange a portion of the angel hair pasta.

    Pour the hot dog sauce over the top an then sprinkle with the blue cheese.

    Serve warm.
