¼ cup candied peel (optional)
1 tablespoon yeast

3 -4 tablespoons water
⅓ cup water
2 tablespoons sugar

Place all ingredients into the bowl of a stand mixer.

Cover dough and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.

Punch down dough and shape into 12 buns.

Pour into a ziplock bag with one corner cut out and pipe crosses onto the buns.
