Hot Crab Dip

   Finely chop crabmeat and onion together in a bowl. Let cream cheese sit out for a bit to soften and then slowly add to crab and onion mixture. Put in milk and horseradish and mix all together until pasty. Add salt and pepper to taste (optional). Transfer to an oven-safe (medium size) bowl and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350u00b0 for about 10 to 15 minutes. Bread crumbs should brown and mixture should bubble.
