   sugar over the meat, add in onion and green pepper and brown.

   Set aside till cold.

   Combine spaghetti sauce, tomato paste and Mozzarella cheese.

   Add in to cooled meat.

   Place on 24 hamburger bun halves.

   Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese and bake 500 degrees for 5 min or possibly till buns are brown.
