Pinch ground cinnamon
Pinch salt

4 ounces whole milk
3 ounces whipping cream
Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Chopped pistachios, for garnish

Whisk the cocoa powder, sugar, cornstarch, powdered milk, cinnamon, salt and vanilla powder together with the milk in a saucepan.
