1 (2 oz.) bottle hot pepper sauce (1/4 c.)
1/2 c. dairy sour cream

2 Tbsp. snipped fresh basil
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1 Tbsp. Milk
3-4 sprigs fresh basil (optional)

Cut off and discard tips of chicken wings.
