1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened

8 slices sourdough bread
6 ounces (12 slices) deli roast beef
8 slices tomato
12 slices cucumber
