1/2 cup scallion

1/2 fresh lemon
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

3 tablespoons horseradish
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
