Combine in a large mixing bowl the wheat bread flour, dry milk, salt and yeast. Heat in saucepan over low heat until warm the water, honey and oil. Pour warm liquid over flour mixture. Blend at low speed 1 minute, then medium speed for 2 minutes. By hand, stir in 1 cup wheat flour and 4 to 4 1/2 cups additional all-purpose flour. Knead on a floured surface about 5 minutes. Place dough in greased bowl; cover and let rise 45 to 60 minutes until light and doubled in bulk. Punch down dough; divide in half. Shape each half into loaves. Place into greased 8 x 4-inch pans. Cover loaves. Let rise 30 to 45 minutes until light and doubled. Bake at 350u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until loaves sound hollow when lightly tapped from pan.
