Preheat oven to 200u00b0C./ 180u00b0C. fan. Gas mark 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine honey, vinegar, mustard and rosemary in a small bowl; set aside.

Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add pork; cook for 2 minutes each side or until golden brown. Transfer pork to prepared tray with onion wedges. Pour half the marinade over pork and onions. Turn to coat. Bake for 20 minutes or until pork is cooked. Remove from oven. Cover with foil; rest for 5 minutes.

Cook green beans in a medium saucepan of boiling water for 2 minutes or until tender. Drain and place in a large bowl. Add onion wedges, spinach and butter beans.

Add remaining marinade to bean mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Serve pork with bean mixture.
