Honey Mustard Chicken

   Fry the chicken over high heat, remove from the heat when golden brown and set aside.

   Julienne the onion and saute in the same saucepan. Once golden brown, add the broth, cream, mustard and honey, cook for 5 minutes.

   Add the chicken into the sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.

   Plate and serve.
