Honey & Lemon Marinated Cherry Tomatoes

   Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes.

   Make the marinade.

   Place the honey and lemon juice into a storage container (such as Tupperware, etc.)

   and mix well.

   Boil water in a pot and add the cherry tomatoes.

   After 10 seconds, immediately soak them in cold water.

   Remove the skins from the tomatoes and add to the marinade from Step 2.

   Use a spoon to scoop the marinade over the tomatoes to gently blend in the flavors.

   Chill in the refrigerator and it's done.
