Honey-Herb Chicken & Spinach Salad

   Mix Miracle Whip, honey, lemon juice and basil.

   Remove 4 cups of the Miracle Whip mixture (or 1/2 cup of the Miracle Whip mixture for trial recipe); cover and refrigerate for later use to serve with the cooked chicken.

   Place chicken on rack of broiler pan.

   Brush with half of the remaining Miracle Whip mixture, using about 1 Tbsp.

   of the Miracle Whip mixture for each chicken breast half.

   Broil 10 min.

   ; turn over.

   Brush each breast half with additional 1 Tbsp.

   of the remaining Miracle Whip mixture.

    Broil an additional 7 to 10 min.

    or until chicken is cooked through; cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices.

    For each serving: Toss 1-1/4 cups of the spinach with 2 Tbsp.

    of the mushrooms; place on serving plate.

    Top with 1 sliced cooked chicken breast.

    Drizzle with about 2 Tbsp.
