1 cup lemon juice
1 cup sherry

1/4 cup butter

Melt butter in a roasting pan. Add honey and stir until melted. Add remaining marinade ingredients and mix well. Add chicken wings, coating both sides of the chicken pieces with the honey mixture as you place them in the pan.
