1
Cut ribs to size and parboil them (instructions: To parboil ribs:
2
Start water boiling in a stew pot or stock pot, any container which will allow you to completely submerge the ribs AND will not boil over. Add Worcestershire sauce and one one generous pinch of salt to the water. Once the water reaches a boil, add the ribs. Depending on the thickness and number of ribs, and the amount of water used, parboiling can take anywhere from twenty minutes to an hour or more. The ribs will be done parboiling not just when they have the appearance of being cooked, but when the meat can easily be tugged away from the bone. Do not over boil the ribs or they will fall apart.).
3
Mix all other ingredients well in a bowl (If you want to, add more honey or garlic to your taste) and put aside.
4
Once ribs are parboiled, marinade (length of time at your own discretion) them in the sauce. Mix them in well to make sure they all get covered.
5
Take ribs out of marinade and put on aluminum foil inside a baking tray, or on a nonstick baking tray, meat side up.
6
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 10- 20 minutes depending on thickness of ribs.
7
Uncover and pour rest of marinade over ribs, than bake uncovered for another 5-10 Minutes.
