2 Tablespoons Butter, Margarine, Or Oil
4 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar (or You Can Use White Vinegar)
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
4 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced (Medium Cloves)
3 pounds Chicken Wings, Split In Half With Tips Removed

Preheat oven to 375 F. Lightly oil a roasting pan.

Combine honey, dry mustard, paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper, water, ketchup, barbecue sauce, margarine, vinegar, Worcestershire, brown sugar and garlic in a medium saucepan.

Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Dip wings in sauce then lay flat side down in roasting pan.

Cover with remaining sauce.

Bake 45 minutes, basting often.

Turn wings over and bake until tops are well-browned and wings are thoroughly cooked (another l5-20 minutes).

Broil for the last couple of minutes on lowest rack of oven to crisp top of wings.
