Honey-Dijon Glazed Ribs

   Place ribs in large stockpot.

   Add enough water to completely cover ribs.

   Bring to boil on medium-high heat.

   Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.

   Simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until ribs are tender.

   Meanwhile, saute garlic in hot oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat until tender.

   Add hot sauce, mustard, honey and lemon slices; mix well.

   Reduce heat to medium; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

   Place ribs on rack of grill or broiler; brush with hot sauce mixture.

    Grill or broil 15 to 20 minutes or until ribs are cooked through, turning and brushing frequently with the remaining hot sauce mixture.
