1/2 cups Breadcrumbs
1/2 cups Water
2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
1 whole Sweet Onion, Diced
1 whole Egg
1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Olive Oil, For Frying The Meatballs
1 cup Ketchup
1/2 cups Brown Sugar
1/2 cups Honey
3 Tablespoons Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce
4 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
3 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoons Salt, Or To Taste
1 pinch Black Pepper To Taste

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until very smooth, 1-2 minutes.
