   Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.

   Cook chicken wings on both side in a pan, until the skin turns golden.

   (No oil needed because the chicken skin will releases natural oil.)

   While the chicken wings are cooking, mix the rest of the ingredients together to make the sauce.

   Mix until honey dissolves.

   When chicken wings are cooked, add the sauce to the pan and turn to low heat.

   Let the wings and sauce simmer until the sauce thicken and reduces.

   Squeeze some lemon juice on wings if desire, and enjoy with a glass of iced cold beer!
