Honey Carrot Cake with Pancake Mix

   Grate the carrot including the peel.

   Lightly drain the water (until its weight becomes 1/2 of the original weight).

   Add the egg, honey and pancake mix into a bowl, and mix well.

   Add the carrot.

   Also add cinnamon powder, and diced apples to your liking, and mix.

   Pour the mixture into your preferred molds, and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes at 180C.

   And done!

   They are freshly baked, hot, and fluffy!
