Honey Basted Chicken

   In large roasting pan combine melted butter, honey, mustard and curry powder or chili sauce.

   Place pieces of chicken in roasting pan and turn to coat with honey mixture.

   Arrange pieces, meaty side down and bake, uncovered in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes, brushing with butter mixture once.

   Turn meaty side up.

   Bake, uncovered 15 to 20 minutes or more or until tender.
