1
Cut the steaks into big chunks; depending of the size of your steaks, you might get 2 to 3 chunks.
-
2
In a bowl combine the honey, vinegar and pepper flakes.
-
3
Place the steak chunks in a smaller, flat-bottomed dish and cover with 3/4 of the sauce mixture; cover the dish and put in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
-
4
Remove and flip the meat over and return to the fridge for another 30 minutes.
-
5
Reserve the rest of the sauce.
-
6
Heat a grill pan over high heat.
-
7
Once the pan is hot, add the chunks of meat.
-
8
Glaze each piece with the remaining sauce, flip the chunks and glaze the other side.
-
9
Depending on the size of your chunks, youll want to cook the meat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
-
10
Once the steaks have reached the desired level of doneness, remove them from the pan and let rest for several minutes.
-
11
I serve these with pasta or mashed potatoes and roasted veggies.

13
My boyfriend loves the sauce and uses whatever is left over from the glazing as a dipping sauce.

My mom doesnt like things super sweet so when I make this for her, I use a little less honey and a little more vinegar; you can add a little at a time till you reach the flavor you like.
