Cheese Whiz; 1 bunch green onions, minced fine; 1/2 sm. onion, minced fine; 4 cans hominy, liquid removed and washed; 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream; 1 can Rotel tomatoes, liquid removed

1 pound grated Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 stick butter
1 lg. Cheese Whiz
1 bunch green onions, minced fine
1/2 sm. onion, minced fine
4 cans hominy, liquid removed and washed
1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
1 can Rotel tomatoes, liquid removed

Hot soups, lowfat sour cream, Rotel in saucepan.

Heat butter in baking dish.

Add in washed and liquid removed hominy to baking dish and mix in soups and etc.

Add in all above remaining ingredients except grated cheese and fold together in baking dish.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 min till bubbling.

Add in grated cheese to top of casserole.

Bake in oven till melted but not browned.
