Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

Cook potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 20 to 25 min.

or until tender.

Meanwhile, brown meat with onions on medium-high heat in large nonstick skillet; drain.

Return meat mixture to skillet.

Add vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 1 min.

Stir in broth; bring to boil.

Mix cream cheese product and milk until blended.

Add 1/4 cup to meat mixture in skillet; cook and stir 1 to 2 min.

or until heated through.

Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Drain potatoes, reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking water.

Return potatoes and remaining cream cheese mixture to saucepan; mash until smooth, adding some of the reserved cooking water if necessary.

Spread over meat mixture in baking dish.
