1 pound grnd beef
1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms, liquid removed
1 egg
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. minced, cooked potatoes
3 tbsp. lowfat milk
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine meat, mushrooms, egg, onion, bread crumbs and seasonings: mix lightly.

Press meat mix onto bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.

Remove meat shell from oven; reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.

Drain excess fat from meat shell.

Mash warm potatoes with lowfat milk; stir in cheese, parsley and salt, fill warm meat shell with potato mix.
