Homemade Whole Grain Breadcrumbs

   1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Choose your bread, I used Dave's Bread 21 Whole Grains.

   2. Place your bread in a toaster oven to harden. This makes the process of grating easier.

   3. Slice the bread into chunks and grate using a rotary grater(or a machine grater for faster results).

   4. Place the breadcrumbs on a dry baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Store in a Ziploc bag or plastic bottle until ready to use.
