In a large mixing bowl whisk together the egg and milk.

Add the pork, taking care to ensure each piece is well coated in egg mixture.

After the egg bath, roll the pieces of pork in the flour till all sides are well coated.

Add the meat to the oil a bit at a time.

It may take a few batches to cook all the pieces.

Heat the oil on medium high heat.

The faster your meat fries, the more tender it will be.

Line a plate with paper towels and place a colander over the plate.

Remove cooked pieces of pork and allow them to drain in the colander.

Once all the meat is cooked, combine the pineapple juice, vinegar, grenadine and soy sauce in a small sauce pot.

Whisk in the cornstarch to the sauce pot and heat on medium, whisking frequently till the sauce is thickened.

In a large frying pan heat the coconut oil on high heat.

Once hot add all the veggies and saute for 3-5 minutes.

Or till the veggies are seared with a crisp-tender texture.

Reduce heat to medium and add the fried pork, pineapple chunks and the sweet n' sour sauce.

With a large spoon, fold all the ingredients together until the veggies and pork are shiny from the sauce.

Serve hot over steamed rice and enjoy.
