Homemade Rolls – a delicious recipe with flour, sugar, yeast, butter, eggs, water. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Grease pan with butter or oil.

In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt and yeast.

Combine milk, water and butter in a saucepan.

Heat over low heat until liquid is very warm (120u00b0 to 130u00b0).

Butter doesn't need to melt.

Gradually add dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed on electric mixer or use hands. Add eggs and 3/4 cup of flour.

Beat at high speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.

Stir in enough additional flour to make a stiff dough.

Turn out onto table.

Cover with hot towel. Let raise 20 minutes or more.

Bake at 350u00b0 until done.

Brush butter over rolls.
