1
To prepare the dough:
-
2
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
-
3
Add the wheat flour, tomato juice, half of the chopped chives, rosemary, white pepper, and olive oil; mix well.
-
4
Gradually add all-purpose flour as it works into the dough.
-
5
Once all the flour is mixed in, place dough on a lightly floured surface and knead it for about 5 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
-
6
Let it rise, preferably in a warm place, for 45-60 minutes.
-
7
Once it has doubled in size, punch down into a pizza pan and spread out to desired shape and thickness.
-
8
Now, to dress it up, top with whatever you prefer.
-
9
Sauce, cheese, and the good stuff!
-
10
In this recipe, I use tomatoes, olives, and the remaining chives.
-
11

15
For a Mexican Fiesta Pizza, omit the rosemary.
-
16
Add 1/2 teaspoon chili powder and 1/4 teaspoon cumin to the dough.
