Cut avocados in half and remove stones

Use large spoon to scoop out avocados into a bowl.

Squeeze limes into bowl, add salt, and use whisk to mash avocados.

This will be hard at first but the acid and salt will help break down the flesh and keep it from turning brown.

Chop scallions.

Try to do them finely but it's your guacamole and your life; do it your way.

Chop the cilantro and mint together and smell the goodness.

Add the fresh goodness to the creamy avocado meat.
