Homemade Chicken Pot Pie

   Clean chicken and boil with seasoning salt and pepper.

   Cut 1 whole onion up into water with chicken.

   Cook until chicken is good and tender.

   Take chicken and remove from bones.

   Take a medium-size Pyrex dish; add chicken to the bottom, then add cream of mushroom with a 1/2 cup of the broth from the chicken.

   Mix together.

   Take the peas, string beans, carrots and corn.

   Combine all ingredients.

   Take the Ritz crackers and crumble over the top of dish.

    Put in oven and bake for 40 minutes at 375u00b0.
