Homemade Breadcrumbs

   1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and select your bread. I used Dave's Bread 21 Whole Grains.

   2. Place your bread in a toaster oven. The idea is to harden the bread and make the process of grating simpler.

   3. Slice bread into chunks and grate using a rotary grater (or machine grater to reduce your preparation time)

   4. Place breadcrumbs on a dry baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden. Store in a Ziploc storage bag or plastic bottle for later use.
