⅓ cup water
4 ears corn, halved
4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

In large pot over medium heat, cook garlic, onion, 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt, and pepper in butter until onions are tender.
