Cut the across cheese brick making 1 inch thick by 1 inch long strips on chopping block and then cut strips into cubes and put the cheese cubes into the pan with the macaroni and cut and cube the extra sharp cheese in the way as the American Cheese mix the seasoned salt, butter and milk with the macaroni. Bake in the oven on 350 degrees for 45 mins to 1 hour depending on fast your oven bakes. Take out of oven and let sit a minute to cool
