Holiday Strawberry Bread

   Make hole in center of dry ingredients and pour in liquid mixture. Stir until just blended.

   Pour into 1 large or 2 medium loaf pans or use 1 pound coffee cans.

   I make this at Christmas and give along with pumpkin bread as gifts.
