1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 Large eggs
2 tbsp. lowfat milk
2 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

Beat firs 6 ingredients till smooth.

Add in combined oats, flour, soda, and salt; mix well.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 min for chewy or possibly 10-12 min for crisp cookies.

Cold 2 min; remove to wire rack.
