1/2 c. minced onions
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 lbs. grnd beef
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. catsup
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. lowfat milk
2 (3 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 ounce.) Packages noodles
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook onions and green pepper in butter in large skillet till onions are transparent.

Add in beef, stir till browned.

Add in soup, catsup, salt, and pepper; simmer for 8 min, stirring occasionally.

Blend lowfat milk, cream cheese and lemon juice; add in garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce.

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
