Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375u00b0F. Using a 4 inch round cookie cutter, cut 12 rounds from half the pastry sheets. Using a 2 1/2 inch round cookie cutter, cut 12 rounds from remaining pastry sheets.

Line a 12-cup muffin pan with 4 inch pastry rounds. Spoon pork mixture into muffin cups. Top with 2 1/2 inch rounds. Brush with egg. Using a fork, press edges to seal.
