Hobo Dinner

   Make 4 large hamburger steak size patties.

   Place on foil (large sheet of foil, enough to cover and seal each separate patty and vegetables).

   Peel and slice onions, bell pepper and potatoes into thin slices or rings and place on each hamburger patty. Salt, pepper and Lea & Perrins each packet to your taste.

   Seal and cook in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes to an hour until done.
