Hobo Casserole

   Cook ground meat until it crumbles.

   Layer meat in bottom of casserole dish.

   Add a layer of onions, potatoes, carrots and cheese in that order until it is used.

   Add salt and pepper to taste.

   End with cheese on top.

   Cover and bake in 300u00b0 oven until vegetables are done.
