2-3 cornish game hens, halved
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. firmly packed fresh parsley
1 sm. garlic clove, cut in half
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 tbsp. dry oregano
1/2 teaspoon EACH basil, thyme
Pepper to taste
8 ounce. spaghetti

Combine oil and lemon juice and pour over hens, coating proportionately.

Bake one hour at 350 degrees in preheated oven.

In food processor, combine remaining seasoning ingredients.

Process till parsley is chopped; set aside.

At the time the hens are seasoned, bring water for spaghetti to rapid boil in pot and cook; drain.
