Herbed Boursin Cheese Spread

   Soften cheeses to ease mixing, then mix all ingredients together till well blended and refrigerate.

   Just dont wimp out on the garlic.

   Use a nice, hefty clove.

   I like to freshly crack pepper so big pepper pieces are throughout.

   You can make it in advance and let the mixture of flavors get happy in the fridge for a while prior to serving.

   It never hangs around long enough to really put it to the test, but it keeps for a nice bit of time.
